1. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account and using Eigr ("the service") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using the service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You must not:
- use the service for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- submit content that infringes the rights of others;
- use the service in a way that harms availability for other users.
3. Nature and limitations of the service
Eigr is at MVP stage. We make no guarantee that the service is always available, error-free or complete. Data you enter is stored with reasonable security, but we encourage you to keep your own backups of valuable information.
4. Intellectual property
All content and software belonging to Eigr is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service in line with these terms.
5. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved before Vestfold District Court.
6. Changes
We may update these terms with notice in the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
